first impression: serious people, serious amount of microsoft around, and a very visible habit of solving real client problems instead of polishing some internal toy forever. saint petersburg is the same chaotic city as usual, but the work suddenly feels much wider. after smaller teams this is almost like moving from a courtyard conversation into traffic.

the company itself is an outsource development shop with a strong microsoft direction. dynamics crm is everywhere. sharepoint is nearby. websites too. from the outside it may look like three different worlds, but apparently here it is normal to move between them without dramatic hand waving.

my php brain is still trying to understand why everybody speaks in enterprise nouns all the time. very normal, yeah.

i like that feeling of scale though. different clients, different stacks, different oddities. after smaller teams and more predictable routines it is a bit dizzying, but in a good way.

also, it is slightly amusing that my old path from hobby pages and weird scripts somehow brought me here. nobody plans these trajectories honestly. they just happen one bugfix at a time.
